“Standard and set 3/4/13/14/15/16” does not include 18650 batteries. If you want to purchase them by yourself. Please purchase the correct batteries to use . The wrong batteries cannot work normally.

“Set 2/5/7/8/9/10/11/12” equipped with batteries installed in the doorbell, there are green insulation stickers on the batteries. Please take off green stickers on the battery before use the doorbell.

Q: Why the doorbell can’t turn on with the batteries?
A: Please take off the green stickers(Insulating film) on the batteries first and it will work.

Q: If wifi signal is too weak near the door, How can I solve the signal problem?
A: Please use with the wifi extender, It will help to extend the wifi signal.

Q: Why my new battery working time is short?
A: For airline require: all rechargeable battery must keep 0-60% power, if not, parcels can’t be shipped by air post. So some battery is empty or less power before send out and it is normal. Please charge battery full before you use.

Q: Is the night mode on auto at night?
A: Yes, It build in Photosensitive chip, Night mode will on auto at night or dark surroundings.

Q: I don’t want the camera doorbell call me always. How can I do?
A: In the setting, you can Turn off the PIR detection. Then it will not call you if no body press the doorbell button.

Q: Is the doorbell support Intercom?
A: Yes, it support Intercom. No matter where are you, people infront the doorbell can speak with you if your phone has WIFI or 4G signal.

Q: Is the doorbell support 5GHz WIFI or only 2.4G.
A: It support only 2.4G.

Q: Is one Doorbell support 2 or more chime?
A: Yes, One Doorbell support connect multi chime at the same time.

Q: If the battery power run out, How can I do?
A: You can use the charger with micro USB 5V power.

Q: What power it supports, AC power or DC power?
A: It support 18 AC power.(We don’t suggest you use with 24 ac adapter, 18v ac adapter is safer. And it 100% cant use with dc power for a long time, it will be dangerous; only for charge battery for few hours will be okay)

Q: Is every doorbell check before shipping?
A: Yes, Before we sent, all doorbell tested WIFI connect, chime connect, video quality, sounds quality, Night mode, motion detection ….etc.
